This data comprises 25 high coverage full genomes from Khoe-San individuals. The data is available on the EGA repository: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ega/studies/EGAS00001004459.
The data was published in two articles, the Y-chromosome data in GBE and the rest of the full genomes in MBE. The two articles are available here:
